I see your point, but I very clearly identified who I was and what it was I could help with. The officer in question was simply not interested. I didn't make any effort to press it and let him get on with what he was going to do.

There was a very serious incident in Crabtree Park on Thursday night this week ( http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/surrey/8323524.stm ). I happened to be at an event in the Guide Hall at the time and had some first hand experience of it. Unfortunately the suspect left the area and I can't help thin...
